If you contact Outermeasure through this site, Outermeasure may collect the information you choose to send, such as your name, company, email address, and message. That information is used to respond to inquiries, discuss potential engagements, and keep basic records of conversations.

The contact form is hosted by Tally. Information entered or submitted through the embedded form is processed by Tally according to its privacy policy.

Customer data access and processing are defined separately in each client’s engagement agreement. Depending on the agreed scope, this may include business contact details, system configuration, operational logs, query or access history, and support materials that the client provides or authorizes us to access.

Our agent work uses Hermes Agent or Snowflake Cortex across AWS, GCP, Azure, and Snowflake. The deployment environment, providers involved, and data handling arrangements vary by engagement. Refer to your engagement agreement for the details that apply to your project.

When configured, this site uses Google Analytics to understand site usage and tawk.to for live chat. These services may use cookies or similar technologies and process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, and page interactions. If you use live chat, tawk.to also processes the messages you choose to send. See how Google uses information from partner sites and the tawk.to privacy policy.

When Google Analytics is configured, we measure when the contact form loads and when an enquiry is successfully submitted, together with the page path and form identifier. We do not include form answers or submission identifiers in these analytics events.

The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those fonts, Google receives technical information including your IP address and browser request details. See the Google privacy policy.

The site saves your light or dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage. You can remove that preference by clearing this site’s stored browser data. Browser settings may also let you block or remove cookies and storage used by embedded services, which can affect how those services work.

Our server retrieves article content from Notion for publication on the site. Article images may be delivered by Notion or other external image hosts. Those providers receive technical request information when your browser loads their images.

For apps and products distributed through Snowflake Marketplace or other platforms, the information received depends on the product, the permissions granted, and the platform features used. Outermeasure may receive account or business contact details, support requests, installation context, operational logs, usage signals, or other information the customer or platform chooses to share. Product-specific documentation or notices may provide additional details about how data is handled.

Outermeasure uses information to respond to business and support requests, scope and deliver agreed agent services, operate and improve the site and its apps, troubleshoot issues, understand how tools are being used, and meet legal, security, or contractual obligations.

Outermeasure may share information with service providers and platforms that are needed to run the site, deliver agreed services, publish apps, process marketplace activity, provide analytics, or support security and reliability. For client engagements, data access and processing by service providers are defined in the applicable engagement agreement. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the site, its users, or the business.

Outermeasure keeps information for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including support, recordkeeping, security, compliance, and product improvement.

Client engagement data may also be subject to retention or deletion requirements specified in the applicable agreement.

This is Outermeasure's general privacy notice. If a specific app or marketplace listing has materially different data practices, a product-specific notice may be published and linked from that product or listing.
